Due to the bespoke and personal nature of commissioned artwork, we are unable to accept returns for artwork that has been correctly delivered in the condition described, unless required by law. If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us — we take customer satisfaction seriously.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, with original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to refuse a return where items have been further damaged after delivery.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil a commission, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of any payments made.
